Our client is a Multinational banking and financial services company.
About the role
To design, conduct and evaluate training effectiveness for leadership and soft skills training programs.
Your responsibilities

To continuously look for ways to improve programs to ensure relevance of content and effectiveness.

To promote a learning culture for employees that will drive desired behaviors as well as to build competence, confidence and knowledge.

To coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and facilitate internal forums, conferences, meetings for programs.

To provide support and lead special projects and ad-hoc requests from branches.

To work closely with superior and other facilitator in both KL and Singapore offices.
You will have
-
At least 3-5 years with relevant experience as a trainer in softskill knowledge.

Excellent facilitation skill, strong writing and editing skills.

Good command of English with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Instructional Design and Content Development experience would be an advantage.

Experience in regional role would be an added advantage.

Certified in any of the training tools such as DiSC, MBTI, 7 Habits, EQi 2.0, 6-Seconds, NLP, ICF, Six SigmaLean.

Able to travel 25%-50% to locations in APAC to deliver training and support training needs.
