About the role
This position involves directing and managing a team tasked with monitoring warehouse operations. Duties encompass supervising system implementation and upkeep, monitoring inventory and order fulfillment procedures, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role entails data analysis, personnel training, risk mitigation, and promoting ongoing enhancements. Clear communication with both staff and management is essential for reporting monitoring activities and facilitating operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities
Lead and supervise the warehouse operations team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall business performance.
Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and other external partners.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance for senior management.
You will have
5 – 7 year’s overall warehouse management experience.
Supply Chain Understanding: Deep understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations, regulation and standard, logistics, and industry best practices.
Proficient in using data analysis tools to interpret and analyze operational data.
Understanding of warehouse, logistic and monitoring systems.
Proficient in English and Mandarin; both oral and written.
