About the role
This role entails leading and supervising a team focused on monitoring warehouse operations. Responsibilities include overseeing system implementation and maintenance, tracking inventory and order fulfillment processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves data analysis, staff training, risk management, and fostering continuous improvement. Effective communication with staff and management is crucial for reporting on monitoring activities and facilitating smooth operations.
Your responsibilities
Ability to lead, guide, and support a monitoring and operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of monitoring systems, ensuring effective operation and troubleshooting any issues.
Skill in implementing and managing systems to monitor real-time inventory levels, analyzing data to optimize stock levels and turnover rates.
Capability to monitor and analyze order processing and fulfillment processes, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency.
Effective communication skills to liaise with warehouse staff, management, and other departments, reporting on monitoring activities and facilitating smooth operations.
You will have
2 to 5 year’s overall warehouse management experience.
Supply Chain Understanding: Deep understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations, regulation and standard, logistics, and industry best practices.
Proficient in using data analysis tools to interpret and analyze operational data.
Understanding of warehouse automation and monitoring systems.
Proficient in English and Mandarin; both oral and written.
