About the role

This role focuses on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness through various strategies. Responsibilities include identifying process improvements, defining performance metrics, ensuring quality management, and developing training programs. Change management, collaboration, and communication are essential for leading organizational change initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Ability to identify and implement process enhancements using methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.

  • Proficiency in defining and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.

  • Skill in establishing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Capability to design and deliver training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.

  • Expertise in leading organizational change initiatives, developing change management plans, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

You will have

  • Warehouse Operations Knowledge (good to have):

    • Understanding of warehouse processes, logistics, and supply chain management.

    • Familiarity with inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving procedures.

    • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations.

  • Training and Instructional Design:

    • Ability to design and develop training programs tailored to warehouse staff needs.

    • Competence in instructional design principles, including creating engaging and effective training materials.

    • Understanding of different learning styles and methods.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

    • Effective interpersonal skills for working with warehouse staff, management, and other stakeholders.

  • Leadership and Management:

    • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire warehouse employees.

    • Experience in managing training teams or coordinating training initiatives.

    • Ability to assess and address performance gaps within the warehouse team.

  • Technology Proficiency:

    • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology.

    • Ability to use training software and tools for program development and delivery.

    • Comfort with data analysis to measure training effectiveness.

  • Continuous Learning:

    • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in training and development.

    • Willingness to adapt and incorporate innovative training methods.
