About the role

The job involves coordinating the integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with existing systems. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, integration planning, vendor collaboration, system design, data migration, testing, user training, issue resolution, security, compliance, communication, change management, scalability planning, and documentation. Key skills required include technical proficiency in WMS and integration technologies, project management, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, WMS configuration, security, compliance, change management, quality assurance, and documentation.

Your responsibilities

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and conduct thorough analysis to identify integration needs.

  • Skill in developing comprehensive integration plans and coordinating with project management teams.

  • Strong ability to work closely with WMS vendors and collaborate on API development.

  • Proficiency in designing scalable system architecture aligned with IT infrastructure.

  • Expertise in developing data migration strategies and ensuring data accuracy during transition.

You will have

  • 5 to 7 year’s overall warehouse automation experience.

  • In-depth understanding of warehouse automation technologies, such as conveyor systems, robotic systems, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to automation systems, such as Python, Java, or other scripting languages.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data generated by automated systems to identify trends, bottlenecks, risk assessment, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Supply Chain Understanding: Deep understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations, regulation and standard, logistics, and industry best practices.
