Our client a leading multi-national healthcare provider currently looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Senior Manager to drive the business expansion via organic and inorganic growth.
About the role
This is a newly created role. You will be report to the Head of Corporate Services with 2 direct reports.
Your responsibilities

Structuring and executing acquisitions.

Expansion into new markets, business analysis of current markets and potential new markets.

Tracks individual acquisition performance and support strategy and actions that enhance the portfolio company’s growth opportunities and ensure long-term sustainable competitive advantage.

Liaison with bankers on the company’s banking facilities.

Reviews the groups cash position and advises on efficient treasury function.

Involved in capital raising activities.

Assists with the successful development and implementation of major business unit initiatives.
You will have

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance is preferred as well as professional qualification.

12 - 15 years of professional work experience.

Investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A/business development experience is required.

Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Ability to be adaptable and manage competing responsibilities and deadlines in a timely and efficient manner as an individual contributor and through your team.

Very strong analytical & evaluation skills.
