About our client

Our client is a homegrown MNC located at Shah Alam.

 

About the role

To support the MD in executing his/her duties.

 

Your responsibilities

Personal Assistant

  • Plan, coordinate & ensure the MDs schedule is followed & respected; act in a ‘gatekeeper’ capacity, creating win-win situations for direct access to the MDs time.

  • Fielding phone calls for MDs in their absence and taking messages.

  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MDs by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.

  • Set up of meeting files, scheduling and calendaring meetings, set meeting agendas, setting location, time and appropriate duration of meetings; identifying, inviting and confirming participants, facility arrangements of meetings where required.

  • Greet visitors of various levels and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.

  • Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MDs, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Consult with MDs in determining the appropriate course of action, referral, and response.

 

Administration & Corporate Secretary

  • Carry out corporate secretarial compliance works to meet the Government’s requirements, rules & regulations.

  • Organizing MDs personal cars – insurance, road tax renewals etc.

  • Managing the organization of corporate & employee events.

  • Coordinating logistics arrangements, accommodation, and other requirements for shareholders during their stay in Malaysia.

  • Liaise with government and relevant authorities on proper lodgment of the secretarial documents.

 

You will have

  • Candidate must possess at least 5 years of working experience in the related field. 

  • Graduate from Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) is highly preferred. 

  • Having experiences in corporate secretarial is an added advantage. 

  • Technology savvy.

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
