About the role

As part of the Management Consulting practice, you will be part of the team to help shape and bring new digital solutions to improve manufacturing operations of their clients globally.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility within clients, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable technical and business factors.

  • Support new and existing relationships to become the trusted advisor to senior executives across the Engineering and Manufacturing organizations of their Pharmaceutical and Consumer goods clients.

  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management and help determine practice strategy and approach for attainment of both near and long-term practice goals.

  • Support business development, including identify opportunities, establish engagement approaches, pricing, and staffing needs for client engagements. Work with senior account leadership to ensure these are within the overall strategy and guidelines of the account.

  • Manage medium to small sized teams.

 

You will have

  • At least 5 - 7 years’ experience in industry sectors in Life-science (preferably), consumer goods or Industrial equipment.

  • Prior engineering consulting experience or advisory role with a focus on digital manufacturing & operations.

  • Good functional knowledge of discrete manufacturing and/or process manufacturing operations - including but not limited to the following functions: planning/forecasting, supply management, procurement, sales and operations planning, engineering, production scheduling, maintenance, production controls, quality control, inventory management, supply chain, warehouse and distribution.

  • Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.

  • Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation.

  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.

  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.

  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills, experience across multiple geographies is a plus.

  • A desire to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe.

  • Demonstrated senior stakeholder management experience.

  • Self-motivating, adaptable, able to prioritize and able to inspire and motivate others.
