About the role
Our client is looking for a strong digital strategist, someone who is energized by interrogating a client brief, translating data into strategy, planning a detailed multi-channel campaign, and measuring its effectiveness. The right candidate will be someone who loves detail, they are not the type of person who is comfortable handing over a high-level strategy. For them, digital strategy must be produced in a thorough manner, with consideration of how a campaign should be targeted to different segments, in different channels, on different occasions. You’ll be working as part of a cross-agency team (data, strategy, creative, operations) which is pioneering digital marketing for one of the biggest electronics brands in the world.
Your responsibilities
- Planning, deploying, and measuring data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
- Working across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to CRM, Display, PPC, Search, Programmatic, etc.
- Communicate complex campaigns in a clear and simple manner to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate across a diverse group of teams, working with brand/comms strategists, data scientists, and creative teams.
- Spot cultural trends and disruptive technologies which brands can harness to connect with consumers.
- 5+ years of work experience, and a Bachelors/Masters Degree.
- Work as part of a 6 man team to translate client briefs into detailed, data-driven digital campaigns.
- Be the digital thought leader for a global consumer electronics firm, capable of leading all discussions in digital marketing across internal teams, clients, and agency partners.
- Be our client’s lead digital strategist, responsible for the development of digital strategies which deliver against a client’s broader business and marketing objectives, as well as being the internal thought leader in all things digital.
You will have
- Experience or certification in working with digital measurement and data tools, including but not limited to Google/Adobe’s suite of products, research and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with web design and HTML.
- Strong analytical skills.
- 5+ years of work experience, and a Bachelors/Masters Degree.
