Our client is driven by a young and dynamic team who are passionate about renewable energy and solar technologies. They are a solar system turnkey solutions provider (EPCC). Due to their expansion they are currently looking to hire a marketing manager.
About the role
Lead the Marketing Department in strategizing methods in reaching out to targeted audience, whether through traditional marketing method or digital marketing.
Your responsibilities

Create strategies and tactics to reach out to targeted audience and drive traffic.

Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies.

Develop effective product positioning in the market using competitive strategic analysis.

Develop mid and long-term plan and analysis for brand.

Develop creative marketing campaigns and execute them effectively.
-
Test with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis etc.

Develop valuable and engaging content for company’s website and blog to attract and convert target groups.

Establish strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

In charge of marketing budget and allocation.

Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
You will have

8 years of hands-on experience in this field.

Believes in energizing the world through renewable energy.

Familiar with a tech company setting.

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

Familiarity of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) will be an advantage.

Excel in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

Creative, with vibrant and bold ideas.

Has appreciation for aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
