About our client

Our client is driven by a young and dynamic team who are passionate about renewable energy and solar technologies. They are a solar system turnkey solutions provider (EPCC). Due to their expansion they are currently looking to hire a marketing manager.

 

About the role

Lead the Marketing Department in strategizing methods in reaching out to targeted audience, whether through traditional marketing method or digital marketing.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Create strategies and tactics to reach out to targeted audience and drive traffic.

  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies.

  • Develop effective product positioning in the market using competitive strategic analysis.

  • Develop mid and long-term plan and analysis for brand.

  • Develop creative marketing campaigns and execute them effectively.

  • Test with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis etc.

  • Develop valuable and engaging content for company’s website and blog to attract and convert target groups.

  • Establish strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

  • In charge of marketing budget and allocation.

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

 

You will have

  • 8 years of hands-on experience in this field.

  • Believes in energizing the world through renewable energy.

  • Familiar with a tech company setting.

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

  • Familiarity   of   website   analytics   tools (e.g. Google   Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) will be an advantage.

  • Excel in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

  • Creative, with vibrant and bold ideas.

  • Has appreciation for aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
