About our client
Our client is a high growth tech company based in Malaysia serving clients across the region.

 

About the role
Working with Head of Customer Acquisition, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers across direct channels in order to achieve targets in accordance with long-term profitability.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Implement and manage all customer acquisition activities to achieve our customer acquisition targets.

  • Plan and budget campaigns within allocated budget.

  • To maximize quality of customer acquisition through the on-ground agents and/or other potential routes.

  • Liaise with relevant teams such as branding, customer operations, product and engineering to ensure each campaign is timely, error free and communicated and understood (where necessary) across the business.

  • To manage the agency relationship, delivering on-ground acquisition.

  • To manage the relationship with the merchant/ dealers and ensure the campaign is maximized through balancing the offer and quality customer from this channel.

  • Keep up to date with the latest advances in the industry and identify new opportunities.

  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of campaign performance both upfront and as part of customer lifetime development.

  • Setup and maintenance of Digital on ground recruitment Marketing initiatives.

 

You will have

  • Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business Administration with minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing/customer acquisitions /business development/project management background.

  • Proven direct channel acquisition experience in a direct to consumer sales environment.

  • Numerically minded with strong excel skills and the ability to capture relevant data to use in decision making and reporting.

  • Proven experience of being in a customer acquisition role and possess a strong on ground knowledge and ability to achieve KPIs.

  • Experience of implementing direct channel strategies including; On ground activation, Social Media and
    Merchants.
