My client is a leading multinational technology services and consulting company that provides consulting and business process outsourcing services to all facets of industries.

About the role

They're seeking for a dynamic Client Account Manager to lead, nurture, and elevate accounts/portfolio within the dynamic Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Industry. You'll take ownership of assigned accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations, P&L, and identifying growth opportunities. They collaborate with delivery teams, optimize resources, and ensure client expectations are exceeded, contributing to a positive client experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Report to Head of Client Partners overseeing a Singapore-based bank portfolio.

  • Directly manage assigned accounts, dependent on capabilities.

  • Handle client expectations, provide updates to senior management, and participate in steering review meetings.

  • Identify strategic initiatives for client business goals and drive transformational programs.

  • Provide thought leadership and innovation for managing strategic customers.

  • Strategize for increased mindshare and wallet share in market segment/portfolios.

  • Drive growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned accounts/portfolio

  • Implement account mining/penetration strategies and actively manage pipeline for growth.

  • Negotiate commercial terms of engagement.

  • Manage the P&L of the portfolio, including business planning and budgeting.

  • Collaborate with the delivery team and third-party vendors to minimize project risks and achieve goals.

You will have

  • Mandatory experience in banking industry sales and collaboration with global system integrators or consulting firms.

  • 8+ years of business development and account management in the technology service sector.

  • Proven track record in managing, retaining, and developing businesses, including P&L responsibility.

  • Thorough knowledge of banking/financial services domains, with awareness of the latest digital innovations.

  • Strong familiarity with the Singapore market, particularly in the BFS sector.

  • Experience managing both global and local banks is a plus.

  • Strategic thinking, confidence, and planning skills.

  • Track record of improving business performance and winning deals.

  • Experience in onsite/offshore model.
