About the role
We are looking for a technical support fluent in Mandarin to deliver high-quality technical assistance to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting both software and hardware problems, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through various communication channels. Fresh graduates from IT discipline or related field are welcomed to apply.
Your responsibilities
Provide first-level (L1) technical support in via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
Document and escalate complex technical issues.
Assist with software setup and configuration.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes.
You will have
Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken).
Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of software applications and computer systems.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
Fresh graduates from IT discipline or related field are welcomed to apply.
