Our client is a rapidly expanding advisory firm within the energy sector. They are looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC.
About the role
This is a newly created role so they need someone who is independent, can set up processes and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
Individuals who have experience working in either: a start-up organization, a rapidly growing firm, management consulting or professional services company would be preferable.
Prior experience in Early Career/Campus hiring would be beneficial.
Your responsibilities
Work with the business to design and implement hiring strategy for the APAC region within your area of responsibility.
Liaise with the Practice Group and leadership team to set and manage expectations around recruiting process, develop job descriptions and execute against targets.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle for assigned practices including: job postings, resume review, up front screen calls, interviewing and offer process.
Responsible in managing the recruiting pipeline to meet recruiting targets and provide regular status reports.
Manage communications with candidates, acting as the ‘face of the company’ and ensuring a superior candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records in the firm’s Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate reporting.
Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns.
Review performance of existing sourcing channels to provide guidance/ expertise on sourcing channels appropriate to the Hiring Manager’s requirements.
Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team and any other duties as required.
Coordinate pre-employment checks for external candidates as required.
Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required.
Develop the region's graduate hiring programme.
You will have
Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Recruiting experience in agency, management consulting, start-up, professional services or energy related firm would be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment.
Strong service focus – dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff, securing effective relationships with internal clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards.
