About the role
Our client is looking for a talent acquisition specialist to support their recruitment needs. You will be driving the expansion plan with the management team. Salary up to RM 10,000.
Your responsibilities
Manage sourcing tech roles mainly and non tech roles effectively.
Build strong talent pipelines for current as well as future hiring needs.
Identifying an organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
Ensure sourcing channels are actively utilized, engaging with recruitment agencies and usage of the referral programs.
You will have
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in house or with an agency.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
Strong and proven sourcing skills using various sourcing channels (Talent attraction).
Candidates who are available immediately will be prioritized.
