Our client is one of the world's leading professional services companies. They are looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their team in Singapore as part of their growth plans.
About the role
The successful candidate will perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR, sourcing teams and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives across a variety of roles and locations.
This role is within a Hybrid working environment with 2 days a week required in the office.
Your responsibilities
Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities:
Interact with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring manager and business HR to create and deliver a comprehensive, compelling and balanced offer.
Play role of strategic advisor for local management team, support and implement talent acquisition strategies in the local market.
Execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging sourcing team capabilities.
Identify screening criteria and screen pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for review.
Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies across the region.
Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates.
Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation.
Proactively develop pipeline including the design, build and maintenance of a strong and diverse network of potential candidates.
Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers.
Ensure the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times.
Interact on a timely basis with the internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements.
Proactively develop and execute candidate generation strategies using all available recruiting tools.
Contribute to a positive working environment that influences high employee engagement.
You will have
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in IT recruitment in an In-house function. Agency experience in recruiting technical IT roles will also be an advantage.
Recruiting experience in a technology related organization is advantageous.
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to implement targeted souring initiatives and generate a high volume of high quality candidates under very tight timelines.
Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively.
Excellent computer skills especially in Excel.
Possess a Data driven mindset.
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
