About the role

As a System Engineer, you will be part of our Technical team and responsible for corporate core system solutioning and architecture, implementation of various technical solutions to meet corporate requirements, and providing technical support in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and perform system solutioning, planning, design, installation and setup of system architecture.

  • Recommend system modifications to improve service quality and stability. Develop good configuration best practices and guidelines.

  • Review new solutions and improve resilience of the current system environment.

  • Review and ensure all aspects of the infrastructure and service are monitored and that the regional level has clear visibility and awareness of possible service failures or gaps.

  • Provide server and system operation support, problem isolation, and troubleshooting for incidents.

You will have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.

  • Microsoft, Linux or VMware certification.

  • Strong foundation in OS administration, either Windows, Linux, VMware.

  • Experience in OS security hardening is a plus.

  • Experience in Active Directory, Mobile Device Management or email solution.

  • Has passion for IT technology, driven and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
