About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager for Intelligent Asset Management with expertise in Enablon. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of relevant experience in managing projects and initiatives related to Enablon within the context of Intelligent Asset Management.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects focused on Intelligent Asset Management, specifically utilizing Enablon.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and operational challenges related to asset management.

  • Implement Enablon solutions to optimize asset performance, maintenance strategies, and compliance.

  • Conduct assessments and audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in asset management processes.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset reliability, availability, and performance through digital solutions.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Enablon functionalities and integration with other enterprise systems.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve project objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on Intelligent Asset Management and Enablon.

You will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 5-12 years of experience in Intelligent Asset Management and Enablon implementation, consulting, or related roles.

  • Proven track record of managing successful projects in asset-intensive industries.

  • Strong understanding of asset management principles, methodologies, and technologies.

  • Experience with Enablon or similar EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) software solutions.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Certification in Enablon or relevant professional certifications is a plus.
