About the role
You will work and liaise with both business and technical teams on providing recommendations to clients on the software.
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Collaborate with customer representatives to identify service needs and complaints and how our offerings can address their growth and potential.
Assist in determine and define project scope/objectives based on customer’s requirements.
Communicate with Software Development team to ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Remaining organized and meeting the service delivery deadlines.
Managing finances and budgets.
Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Identify potential clients and present existing success stories involving clients and our service offerings.
You will have
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline.
Min 4 years of working experience in Service Delivery is required.
Experience in software development or software delivery is required.
Strong project management, customer service and quality control skills.
Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps.
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
