About the role
This role will directly oversee our client’s people development, growth and help nurture the company’s culture. They are looking for a collaborative problem solver that’s able work with their department heads through business partnering.
Identify and fill critical roles with the best talent available for their current stage of growth.
Join regular business meetings to understand deeply each team’s business and people, with the goal to become business partner for managers and empower them to become better managers, who are highly capable in maximizing the impact of their teams, driving improvements on performance, retention, and culture.
Enhance the People team, systems, processes, and policies that allow their teams to grow and operate frictionlessly as they scale.
Build a fun culture to motivate employees' satisfaction.
Constantly gather business function feedback and facilitate regular trainings to improve employee capability and performance.
Continue building and lead the small but elite People team to provide high quality services to their global employees.
You will have
6-10 years experiences in retail or ecommerce industries with significant exposure in building and supporting high-performance teams.
Experienced in partnering with business leaders in a complex and fast-paced business setting in high growth mode.
Strong business background, acumen and curiosity.
Excellent in planning and managing complex People-rated projects involving multiple functions and business leaders.
Problem solver and a track record of developing positive organisational/culture change initiatives.
