About the role

Our client is on the hunt for a vibrant Client Partner Director to captivate, nurture, and elevate their portfolio in the thrilling realm of Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Industry, all while fueling the flames of exponential growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Master the art of managing, retaining, and nurturing the growth of the prized BFS accounts.

  • Play the game of client expectations like a virtuoso, providing senior management with updates and stealing the spotlight in steering review meetings.

  • Be the strategic brain behind initiatives that catapult the clients toward their goals and fuel transformative programs.

  • Infuse your thought leadership and innovation into the management of our strategic customers, leaving an indelible mark.

  • Strategize like a chess grandmaster for increased mindshare and wallet share in the market segment/portfolios.

  • Fuel the engine of growth and customer satisfaction within your domain.

  • Execute ninja-level account mining/penetration strategies, actively cultivating the pipeline for portfolio growth.

  • Negotiate commercial terms of engagement like a seasoned dealmaker.

  • Take charge of the financial reins, managing the P&L, orchestrating business plans, and finessing budgeting for your portfolio.

  • Dance seamlessly with the delivery team and third-party vendors, ensuring project risks are tamed, and goals are met.

You will have

  • A decade-plus of prowess in account management and business development within the IT service industry. Has history of collaboration with large multinationals, mandatory.

  • Preferred experience in handling the reins of large enterprise accounts.

  • Proven track record in managing, retaining, and nurturing businesses to success. Robust knowledge of the Singapore market across diverse business segments, with a notable focus on BFS.

  • In-depth domain expertise, staying abreast of the latest digital innovations.

  • Hands-on experience in steering project deliveries, adept in both onsite and offshore models.

  • Familiarity with the tools and technologies driving large-scale business solutions.

  • Well-connected to senior business and technology leadership within BFS accounts in Singapore.

  • A practitioner mindset for engaging top-level executives in transformative solutions.

  • Possesses strategic thinking, confidence, and the ability to navigate complex landscapes.

  • Demonstrated success in improving business performance and sealing lucrative deals.

  • A team-oriented individual with the ability to lead diverse teams toward a common goal.

  • Seasoned in working with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills, ensuring a persuasive presence in any setting.
