They design, develop, and deploy financial message switching and card management products for various card programs like Credit, Debit/ATM, Loyalty, Pre-Paid, Fleet, and Gift Cards. About the role
Bridge the gap between customers and the implementation team.
Provide advice and consultation to customers to enhance their business processes.
Assist in managing project progress.
Your responsibilities
Participate in system requirement gathering.
Perform configurations based on user requirements.
Carry out testing based on test scenarios.
Produce quality documents related to projects, such as functional requirements documents, technical specifications, and training materials.
Conduct training for internal teams or customers.
Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.
You will have
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in card system solutions, bank operations, or payments-related divisions.
Proven experience in managing system implementation projects and delivering quality documentation.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in conducting presentations and walkthroughs with customers.
Ability to travel overseas as required.
Good to Have:
Experience with Java (J2SE, J2EE), JavaScript, and JavaScript libraries.
Knowledge in mobile app development, the payments and cards industry, ISO8583, and NDC+.
Familiarity with database servers such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.
