Identify customer prospects within large, decentralized APAC accounts and organizations.
Follow up on identified prospects to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline development.
Utilize solution sales process and CRM effectively for building and managing a customer opportunity pipeline.
Ensure alignment with sales objectives through strategic use of global account management skills.
Execute sales plans to capture customer category share and foster long-term relationships for recurring revenue across all regions.
Develop and leverage reseller and strategic alliance partnerships. Penetrate customer accounts, identify opportunities, and generate run rate revenue.
Manage sales projects from initiation through to closure. Provide valuable customer feedback and market insights to support company go-to-market strategy, programs, and offerings.
Cultivate impactful collaborations with key industry players that align seamlessly with company overarching goals and vision. This encompasses sectors spanning fintech, financial institutions, eCommerce platforms, and funds.
Drive negotiations and structure innovative partnership agreements, ensuring a mutually advantageous outcome for all involved parties.
Act as the central hub for strategic partners, fostering robust and collaborative working relationships. This involves regular communication, seamless project execution, and efficient issue resolution.
Unleash growth potential by closely collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, strategically leveraging partner relationships to fuel revenue growth and lead acquisition.
Implement a robust tracking system for key performance indicators (KPIs) to comprehensively assess the success and impact of strategic partnerships.
Assume a proactive role in propelling growth through joint activities with partners and affiliates, maintaining a focus on effective communication, collaborative project execution, and swift issue resolution.
You will have
3-4 years proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles in startup and fintech environments.
Proficient in English (speaking and writing); Chinese language skills are a plus.
Operational focus using planning, metrics, and organizational skills to systematically expand live accounts.
Expertise in customer success management demonstrated through a metric-driven and rigorous approach.
Adaptable self-starter thriving in a dynamic environment.
Skilled in prioritizing and managing complex challenges, including multiple stakeholders.
