Your responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding the project, technology, and functionality.

  • Manage presale and post-sale merchants on integration specification, technical product requirements, issues, and merchant reporting management.

  • Manage one or more projects for our clients by providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their product requirements, develop designs and implement solutions.

  • To develop accurate work estimates, project budgets, and timelines.

  • Responsible for a statement of work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes, and other contractual obligations.

  • Exercising required controls and proposing improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans, and change control plans for all aspects of the assignment and project.

  • To prepare and update product-related documentation and management.

  • To prepare periodical project status reporting for Management’s updates and daily tracking.

  • Working closely with architects, technical teams, functional analysts, and testers to deliver project scope on time, on budget, and with high-quality deliverables.

  • Initiate test cases and issues for Management’s improvement projects and processes.

You will have

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office including such programs as Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools.

  • Demonstrates leadership skills in working with people and teams in a flexible, collaborative, and resourceful manner with the ability to influence to achieve of project objectives.

  • Good in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and experience in merchant relationship management.

 Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or similar capacity.

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree

Added Advantage:

  • Project management certifications such as PMP, and PMI-ACP.

  • Working experience in IT projects in the financial services industry.
