About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for tracking project status, providing advice and consultation to customers to enhance their business processes, and following up on key action items and progress. You will ensure the successful execution of projects from scoping and feasibility studies to requirement gathering, planning, system analysis and design, and people management.

Your responsibilities

  • Project Scoping and Planning: Perform project scoping, feasibility studies, and requirement gathering to ensure comprehensive planning and system analysis and design.

  • Team Management: Monitor and verify tasks of the technical team, ensuring they perform software development, deployment, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities effectively.

  • Documentation: Produce high-quality project documents, including functional requirements documents, technical specifications, and training materials.

  • On-Time Delivery: Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time and meet the project objectives.

  • Client Consultation: Provide advice and consultation to customers to enhance their business processes.

  • Project Tracking: Track project status and follow up on key action items and progress.

​You will have

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years working experience in software development.

  • Prior experience in cards, bank operations, or payments-related divisions is preferable.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.

  • Ability to conduct presentations and walkthroughs with customers.

  • Strong project management and people management skills.

  • Travel: Ability to travel overseas as required.
