Our client is a software development company with presence in the ASEAN market.

About the role

You will be responsible for developing business strategy and head the digital product development for the company.

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct market & product research in crucial areas including competitor analysis, trend analysis, market analysis, product validation and industry analysis.

  • Define clear success measurement, manage projects and monitor performance to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

  • Create product, brand and market positioning through analyzing consumer insights.

  • Analyse and evaluate data, reports, forecast, and identify specific issues and opportunities related to channel sales and services for senior management team to take appropriate action.

  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and performances, define areas for improvement, develop strategies and implement solutions.

  • Effectively communicate strategic plans to cross-functional team members and management.

  • Oversea and develop budget including research development appropriations, expenditures and profit-loss projections.

  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders (IT team, Sales team, and users).

  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

You will have

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in any field with a passion for tech product development.

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in product innovation, business development, tech product development, business consulting or related field.

  • 2 to 5 years in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing & product aspects (marketing/product/data management, brand development, digital marketing and product marketing).

  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence, lead and work closely with different stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods/tools.

  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Familiar in Technology, E-commerce, Service as a software industry is a plus.
