Your responsibilities
Identify, create, and participate in the implementation of process improvements, enabling tools, and systems that deliver tangible value to the Organization.
Serve as the corporate expert on existing process methodologies and process improvement tools.
Be able to provide metrics reports, review the measurement result and identify actions to improve the results.
Help define process quality & effectiveness issues, measure current process performance, analyze root cause defects, and develop targeted process improvement opportunities.
Help create and maintain a self-service knowledge base to educate teams and allow ready access to SOPs, process maps, etc.
Responsible for coaching and training on existing processes, roles and responsibilities, and tools for the teams.
You will have
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
PMP or Scrum Master certification with a plus.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and process problem-solving skills.
You must be goal-oriented, a team player, and adapt well to a diverse and multicultural environment.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management, and scrum master.
Agile software development.
