About the role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled PRO CEW & PDR L3 Support Analyst to join our technical support team. This role requires intermediate proficiency in Oracle Database, Spring Boot, and JBOSS Administration. The successful candidate will provide Level 3 support for our clients, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of their enterprise systems related to customer experience workflows (PRO CEW) and product data reporting (PDR). You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 support for enterprise systems, focusing on Oracle Database, Spring Boot, and JBOSS Administration.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to client operations.

  • Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications running on JBOSS and Spring Boot.

  • Manage and maintain Oracle Database instances, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for support procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Oracle Database, Spring Boot, and JBOSS.

You will have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on Oracle Database, Spring Boot, and JBOSS Administration.

  • Intermediate proficiency (P2) in Oracle Database administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.

  • Intermediate proficiency (P2) in Spring Boot, with experience in developing, deploying, and troubleshooting applications.

  • Intermediate proficiency (P2) in JBOSS Administration, including installation, configuration, and management of JBOSS servers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues promptly.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Database, Spring Boot, or JBOSS Administration are desirable but not mandatory.
