About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Manager/Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating our product’s functional capabilities, developing and maintaining presentation materials, and providing pre-sales support to our sales team. This role requires deep knowledge of card and payment services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers to understand and address their business requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of product functional capabilities and interfaces to existing and potential customers.

  • Industry Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of card and payment services to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products.

  • Presentation Materials: Develop, prepare, and maintain all relevant presentation materials and demonstration cases, ensuring they are current and relevant.

  • Customer Requirements Review: Analyze and review customers' business requirements, and prepare tailored commercial proposals, proposal presentations, and RFP responses.

  • Proof-of-Concept Workshops: Participate in and facilitate Proof-of-Concept workshops to demonstrate the value of our solutions.

  • Sales Support: Provide robust support to the sales manager in conducting sales of products and services within the regional market.

  • Pre-Sales Activities: Initiate and manage requisite pre-sales activities, including preparing the requisite sets of contractual documents and obtaining necessary approvals.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist the sales manager in managing customer relationships, including monitoring business development and maintaining personal relationships with key customer managers.

  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Gather and analyze information on market development, competitor activities, and customer requirements to suggest improvements and extensions to our product and service portfolio.

  • Marketing Activities: Participate in regional and international exhibitions and other marketing activities to promote our solutions.

  • Knowledge Development: Continuously enrich and extend knowledge of products, information technologies, and trends in the retail banking and electronic payments industry.

  • Publication: Prepare and publish pre-sale related materials to support marketing and sales efforts.

You will have


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales role within the card and payment services industry.

  • Strong understanding of card and payment technologies and services.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven experience in understanding and addressing customer business requirements.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.

  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
