Our client is a regional FinTech company based in Malaysia, principally involved in payment and loyalty design and implementation.
About the role
You will be optimizing our client’s overall marketing strategies. You will develop and implement a leading marketing strategy that echoes the overall vision of the business, identifying new opportunities for the company.
Your responsibilities
Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
Developing new marketing strategies, identifying new channels for marketing activities and managing the marketing department's budget.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns for both local and international markets.
Build strong partnerships with key cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Experience and Product to identify opportunities for collaborative wins and support lead nurturing, customer communication and product marketing initiatives.
Managing & executing performance marketing campaigns across various media channels on Social Media Platforms. (eg: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Developing and managing the department's staff, manage their KPIs and deliverables, data management, reporting & others.
Optimizing Digital Marketing Campaign Performance & Paid Marketing Campaigns in driving user Acquisition, Engagement & Business Revenue.
Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends in the departments.
Preparing and presenting and reports to management.
You will have
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience as a senior digital marketing/marketing manager.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar. Candidates with other academic backgrounds but have relevant experience and proven track records are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge and passion for digital marketing, social media marketing, and other marketing tools.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Highly articulate and persuasive in formal and informal presentations.
Experience in handling C-Suites audiences.
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.
