About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Cardzone Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, administrative tasks, benefits management, and familiarity with HR laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

  • Manage administrative tasks related to HR operations, including maintaining employee records and documentation.

  • Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management.

  • Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Malaysia, ensuring compliance across all HR activities.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including PIP, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

  • Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

You will have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on onboarding, administrative tasks, and benefits management.

  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Malaysia.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit.
