Your responsibilities

  • Steering Sales Growth: Take the helm in driving sales growth, taking full ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This journey demands skilled management, meticulous organizational planning, and flawless execution.

  • Team Leadership Mastery: Champion the sales teams, both the Sales Development unit (dedicated to lead generation) and the Account Executive teams (responsible for deal closures). Your guidance will empower them to elevate their performance to new pinnacles.

  • Pioneering Market Expansion: Forge ahead with an innovative spirit, exploring, and validating novel market segments and use cases. Once proven, lead the charge in scaling our operations to seize these promising opportunities.

  • Elevating Sales Functionality: Elevate the very essence of the sales function. Enhance our methodologies, fine-tune processes, and refine frameworks, all with the aim of perfecting company sales approach.

  • Masterminding Strategic Direction: Influence and shape our strategic direction by making a compelling case for prioritizing specific market opportunities. Your insights, backed by firsthand experience and data, will guide our collaboration with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Partnerships. Your voice will be the guiding compass for our collective success.

You will have

  • Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Work Experience: Accumulate 8+ years of experience, ideally within a metrics-driven sales environment.

  • Leadership Background: Demonstrate 4+ years of leadership and management experience, with a preference for overseeing managers and teams of 10 or more individuals.

  • Attitude Fusion: Possess a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, analytical acumen, and a strong commercial mindset.

  • Action-Oriented: Exhibit a willingness to take decisive action in ambiguous situations.

  • Team Development: Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor high-performance sales teams.

  • Mindset Balance: Embrace a growth mindset while maintaining a delicate balance of confidence and humility.

  • Tech Industry: Prior experience at a fast-growing technology or software company.

  • Start-up Passion: Display genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with startups and SMEs, driving their success in the market.
