About the role
This Senior Manager, Education is responsible for leading all learning and development programs within the territory; including virtual coaching across priority doors, as well as the achievement of retail sales and operational efficiencies across designated doors/counters within a given territory. This role will work collaboratively with the global and regional Education Managers to reinforce and embed key training in the field through social and virtual methods.
Your responsibilities
Implement and execute brand-specific education Strategy delivers digital training with field employees as per global curriculum timelines, roll out and conduct education program for specific artistry needs, artisanal skill and other skill set development based on brand-specific needs and local relevance.
Ensure delivery, implementation and completion of full education curriculum/certification in accordance with Brand standards and timelines and follow up on execution and cascade of Brand Education via monthly updates including coaching on in-store services.
Follow up and maintain guidelines Ensure the rollout and maintenance of Education guidelines for grooming and safe retail/hygiene, merchandising etc.
Maintain any virtual education to ensure contents and participant details are up to date.
Plan the Social Media Content Calendar for social selling taking into consideration the brands overall social media content calendar by discussing with Consumer Marketing and Consumer Engagement Managers.
Implement and execute education programs to upskill consultants for virtual services conduct at home skincare, makeup & fragrance consultations for consumers - master class, one on one virtual services/selling and virtual live streams events for b.com/3PP/Retailer.com during key moments.
You will have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant training or education experience in the beauty industry.
Skilled virtual facilitator and ability to use various social platforms to deliver strong facilitation is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is a respectable coach and communicator.
A good listener who is skilled at winning people over.
