About our client
You will be a key addition to the regional and global teams to drive adoption of digital products and client solutions by working closely with client and sales teams to identify new opportunities.
Leading pre-sales solutioning and presentations.
Creating detailed product requirements; determining pricing, specifications, and rollout timelines.
Manage project delivery and ongoing management. Work towards successful completion and rollout in partnership with engineering team, other cross functional teams and external vendors.
Increase usage and adoption of existing programs through business updates or post-delivery enhancements.
Your responsibilities
Digital Solutions Management:
Present and promote company's digital solutions, value proposition, and product roadmaps to clients.
Translate client requests into business and functional requirements.
Assist with the preparation of RFP/RFI, statements of work, and supporting documents for customers.
Collaborate with sales, operations, partnership and external teams to develop or enhance workflows.
Plan and conduct training sessions to increase awareness and understanding of the digital solutions.
Define KPIs and measurement plan for monitoring and assessing product impact and refinements.
Play key role in the launch of core and future products and features by proposing features & enhancements.
Monitor the competitive landscape by examining strategies of best-in-class competitors; identify emerging online trends and recommend changes based on customer and competitor insights.
Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information—discussions with customers, sales teams, clients, secondary research, etc.
Project Management:
Develop, implement and ensure timely end-to-end delivery of key product initiatives and iterations.
Drive successful delivery of client projects – high quality, on time, to scope and within budget.
Day-to-day management, detailed monitoring and accountability for tasks and projects within the team.
Work closely with wider digital team (content, engineering) as well as cross-functional teams (sales, partnerships, operations) for end-to-end implementation.
Monitor overall progress, including resolving issues, initiating corrective action and escalating where appropriate and managing risks to the project’s successful outcome.
Proactively update stakeholders on project status, risks, mitigations and updates.
Manage onshore and offshore resources as well as third-party vendors assigned to projects.
You will have
5+ years’ experience in regional digital teams or digital product management, especially in large organizations.
Experience working with clients and various external stakeholders, with understanding of B2B and B2C dynamics.
Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering digital solutions.
High quality websites and mobile applications, amongst others, built to industry standards.
Managing multiple ongoing projects, ranging from small to complex, large programs.
Able to work with virtual teams globally across all aspects of role.
Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Hands-on result-oriented attitude: deliver results and meet customer expectations, through focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
Strong analytical skills, with ability to diagnose business challenges, interpret data and anticipate trends to recommend solutions and action plans.
Collaborative and flexible mindset; able to set priorities and meet deadlines across concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively present to and influence various audiences and adjust to level of role and understanding.
Background in user experience design, visual design, or development.
Pre-sales or customer facing experience with strong relationship building skills.
Experience in travel, hospitality, retail and customer marketing.
Experience working across markets to deliver consumer solutions.
Experience working with external technology and business partners in developing digital products.
