About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager specializing in HR Change Management to join our Talent & Organization practice. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of extensive experience in Change Management and Consulting, driving organizational transformation and HR initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR Change Management projects and initiatives for clients across various industries.

  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives and develop tailored change strategies and solutions.

  • Conduct organizational assessments, readiness assessments, and impact analyses to identify change impacts.

  • Design and implement change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on change management methodologies and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives.

  • Coach and mentor junior consultants and project teams on change management principles and practices.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on change management and organizational transformation.

You will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in Change Management and Consulting roles.

  • Proven track record of leading successful change management projects and initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture change, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
