About the role
This role is to lead an FMCG business within the group with a sales revenue of RM40m with distribution in over 23 countries. This incumbent is expected to independent driver, with an acute sense of business as he is expected to scale the business up from RM40m to >1b as part of the organizations dynamic 5-year plan. Key to this role will be the incumbent’s ability to drive the digital strategy of the business moving forward.

You will have
A demonstrated history of leading a business, as a CEO, Deputy CEO, or Global Head of Business Segment.
Familiar with the business from both commercial and operational standpoints as this will be critical in innovating, driving, and scaling the business with a demonstrated history of building brands and developing markets for brands on a global level.
