About the role
Identify business opportunities/requirements and work closely with support department to develop solution and proposals to grow the company's base in Malaysia.
Your responsibilities
Handle the entire range of sales & acquisition activities, including cold calling, initial meeting/demonstrations, presentations, and closing business.
Build long term relationship with strategic key partners and regulators.
Key person to manage partners' inquiries.
Escalate and provide resolutions to partners’ queries as required.
Lead a team of sales people.
You will have
Minimum 3-year experience in IT/FinTech/SaaS/PaaS sales/business development.
Experience in driving and implementing sales strategy.
Experience in building long term key account planning and relationships.
Strong management skills to manage a growing team.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and to meet critical deadlines.
Able to multi-task and result oriented.
Experience with senior level and business stakeholder management.
Demonstrated track record as a business partner, and success in striking balance between high growth business revenue and risk/compliance.
