A leading FINTECH company focusing in the ASEAN market.

About the role

Identify business opportunities/requirements and work closely with support department to develop solution and proposals to grow the company's base in Malaysia.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle the entire range of sales & acquisition activities, including cold calling, initial meeting/demonstrations, presentations, and closing business.

  • Build long term relationship with strategic key partners and regulators.

  • Key person to manage partners' inquiries.

  • Escalate and provide resolutions to partners’ queries as required.

  • Lead a team of sales people.

You will have

  • Minimum 3-year experience in IT/FinTech/SaaS/PaaS sales/business development.

  • Experience in driving and implementing sales strategy.

  • Experience in building long term key account planning and relationships.

  • Strong management skills to manage a growing team.

  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and to meet critical deadlines.

  • Able to multi-task and result oriented.

  • Experience with senior level and business stakeholder management.

  • Demonstrated track record as a business partner, and success in striking balance between high growth business revenue and risk/compliance.
