They are looking for individual to serve their banking clients here in Malaysia.
Work closely with the solution architect to ensure the business requirement is technically feasible.
Recommend new approaches to meet business requirements, translating business requirements into detailed user stories/functional specification documents.
Liaise with business and IT stakeholders, and end users to clarify/groom the business requirements and confirm acceptance/exit criteria for software product development.
Participate in the sprint ceremonies for Agile delivery, proactively identify and resolve functional and non-functional requirement gaps/blockers.
Work closely with an experienced designer to ensure that screen design able to provide an excellent user experience.
Work closely with developers to address functional / non-functional queries.
Manage end to end SIT and UAT, including test planning, test case preparation, test execution, defect management and reporting, and obtain sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
Support projects go-live activities, including production verification testing.
Prepare detailed system training materials for end-user training.
Sensitive to change of timeline and able to track all project deliverables, identify dependencies, risks, and issues and escalate to the project manager.
Support stakeholders in specific Change Management activities by creating support materials/documentation and support/lead system demonstrations in user training sessions.
You will have
Minimum of 3 years of business analysis / product management working experience in online and mobile banking, secured/unsecured lending, or FinTech projects.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in working Agile Methodology (Scrum & Kanban).
Demonstrated a strong, in-depth understanding of the financial domain specifically on retail/SME banking or other Fintech services, e.g. digital banking, sales and marketing, secured/unsecured lending, and system functionality that is sufficient to provide expert advice on the system application.
Practiced and demonstrated design thinking, critical thinking, and logical thinking in requirement study sessions and help business users and technology partners to convert user requirements into system functional processes.
Use a variety of data to discover the most impactful insights to help business stakeholders make better decisions.
Domain knowledge in mobile banking and unsecured lending will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant courses.
Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, able to communicate results and analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
