About the role
As a Business Analyst you are expected to collect and analyze your clients’ business requirement to assist the team to provide solutioning design for the Global Trade Management Intelligent Application Suite.
As part of our Professional Services team, you will deliver flawless application support their global customers by resolving complex solution issues.
Work on resolution of solution issues in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Conduct business and technical design workshops around customers’ complex global Supply Chain processes to create highly scalable and sustainable solutions.
Synthesize customer’s business requirements to create clear and comprehensive use cases and solution design documentation.
Perform fit gap analysis between the company’s cloud product functionality and the client’s requirements.
You will have
Ability to communicate complex processes and functions to various stakeholders.
Excellent formal and informal written communication skills.
Ability to produce professional quality documentation.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.A or B.S.) from an accredited college or university is required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in International Trade, Logistics Management, or ERP - Sales Order Management.
Purchase Order Management Systems+.
