Our client is one of the leading Global Cloud Services Solutions provider with teams in UK, US, and Germany and are currently expanding in Malaysia. The goal is to expand additional 20 headcounts within next 2 years.
About the role
You will be responsible for the execution of the project plan, highlighting any risks to delivery, and engaging any level of stakeholder necessary to ensure successful completion on time and to plan.
Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Update risks, issues, and action logs.
Chair and run project update meetings.
Maintain project tolerances and keep project plans up to date.
Work closely with the scrum master to understand team cadence and story point velocity.
Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
You will have
Min 3+ years of project management experience.
A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and software development.
Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, tools, and techniques such as Scrum / Kanban /Lean and the ability to coach / mentor other staff members on the methodology where needed.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Commercial awareness and experience of managing budgets / timelines with sound Project management skills.
Experience of strong customer engagement and stakeholder management.
Background in a core delivery practice such as technical architecture, business analysis or user interaction design will be beneficial.
