A fast-growing Human Resource Service company.

About the role

  • You will be reporting to the Finance, Associate Director to handle full set of account and indirect operations across the region.

  • You can opt for working from arrangement or hybrid working arrangement.

Your responsibilities

Full Set of Accounts

  • Perform month end close for some entities.

  • Review and confirm tax returns prepared by service providers.

  • Review both internal and external sales invoices/ credit notes, assist preparation where necessary.

  • Prepare schedules supplementary to monthly consolidation of group Profit and loss and Balance sheet.

  • Ensure intercompany balances are matched between global entities.

  • Forecast and planning of intercompany funding, based on analysis between bank balance, forex change and operation funds required.

  • Other ad hoc assignment as per the company’s instruction.

Indirect Operations

  • Support indirect operation of the group, working with subcontractors and Indirect POC.

  • Liaise with subcontractor, request for proposal and review contract terms to align contract with clients.

  • Ensure MSA/SOW/subcontractor agreement are filed.

  • Gather and track the necessary information from our clients’ employees and be responsible to ensure all necessary information are stored in specific location.

  • Review and check invoices from subcontractors before payment.

  • Prepare invoices to client, with reference to invoices from subcontractors. Check against MSA/SOW/subcontractor invoices.

  • Confirm POC for invoicing/payroll submission/approver.

  • Update schedule tracking subcontractor costs vs fees to clients.

  • Supervise Associates in their correspondences with third parties and follow-up on emails in finance mail box.

You will have

  • A recognized Degree in Accounting or Professional Accountancy Qualification with minimum 5 years experiences in audit and accounting finance field.

  • Analytical mind with problem identification and solution.

  • Ability to assess risk and propose improvements in internal controls.

  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritise while meeting deadlines and pressure.

  • Ability to work independently/self-managed and in a team environment.
