​About our client

Our client is a regional technology solutions provider, principally involved in the design and implementation of technology applications and infrastructure solutions that support the fundamental business operations of its customers. Our client has a diverse customer base in both the private and public sectors across multiple countries in Asia - Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.

About the role

You will be responsible in acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships and upselling.

Your responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for all matter relating to clients’ needs and concerns.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers, maintain strong and positive relationship with key accounts, stakeholder, and executive sponsors.

  • Develop new business with existing customer and acquire new customers to meet sales quotas.

  • Build strategic business plan to expand company’s client base and ensure its strong presence.

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new technology and competition landscape.

  • Able to communicate and prospect company’s solution offeringsto clients.

  • Collaborate with technical team to drive solution proposal and ensure the solution meets customer’s requirement and expectation.

  • Ensure timely reporting and accuracy of forecast.

  • Participating in tender and other bids activities.

You will have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales experience, focusing on either one of the following

    • Application Related Solution.

    • Infrastructure/Network Solution/Virtualization/Managed Services.

    • IT Security Management Solution.

    • From SI (System Integrator) background.

  • Experience in Enterprise Accounts is a must.

  • Industry knowledge is optional.

  • Direct client-facing experience and receiving positive client feedback.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and acquired new accounts.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Independent, proactive, attentive, and goal-oriented.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
