Our client is a well known FMCG company with strong presence across APAC.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Human Resource Director, the talent & performance manager is responsible for the overall talent management, performance management and succession planning initiatives in total Southeast Asia region to meet business goals. In addition, the incumbent will oversee employee engagement, employer branding and corporate communication in the region so to attract and retain talents within the organization.

 

Your responsibilities

 

Performance Management

  • Review current performance processes, provide recommendation to drive performance culture and collaborate with Group HR in aligning and implementing performance process across the region.

  • Cultivate and drive pay for performance culture within the organization.

  • Develop people managers’ capabilities in managing performance conversation and poor performers.

  • Lead the annual performance management cycle and performance moderation process.

 

Talent Management

  • Develop and implement talent identification methodologies and tools that meets the definition of talent within the organization.

  • Facilitate succession planning discussion and establish succession map for the organization, especially on key hot jobs.

  • Develop development program and activities to build the capabilities and readiness of talents for bigger role.

 

Employee Engagement

  • Define Employee Value Proposition and work closely with the employee engagement PIC in developing and implementing. employee engagement program within the organization.

  • Employer Branding.

  • Corporate communication.

 

You will have

  • A degree in any field.

  • At least 5-6 years experiences in a HR or Organization. Development role.

  • Experience managing a team (of 2).
