Human Capital & Change Management Leader
Subject to talent specialization, a depth of understanding in multiple areas of human capital strategy and/ or behavioral science based on data to determine behavior through change enablement.
Develop compelling client value propositions, proposal development and detailed plans to support execution and realization of desired client outcomes.
Client Relationship Development and Management
Manage key client stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project.
Design and facilitate complex meetings, presentations and workshops to build client commitment for the change.
Participate in practice building activities (e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting).
Continuously develop own expertise in specific practice specialty areas (e.g. human capital strategy) and upskill others to build the firm’s expertise and assets.
This role will cover Talent and Origination and the main skillset experience required is: Change Management, Organizational Development (those who also have experience in Training, Communication, Change Impact Assessment).
You will have
HR processes, and an understanding of HR software applications for managing talent, improving workforce performance, and developing employees.
Talent Management, including organization design, competency modelling, learning & collaboration, leadership development and succession management.
Change Management execution for complex multi organization/ geography programmes typically enabled by SAP or Oracle ERP solutions.
Minimum 3 years of prior consulting and/ or professional services experience is expected for Consultant and minimum 5 years for Manager.
