About the role
Role of a Talent Acquisition Partner is to sell the employment opportunities within a business and identify the best talent for each role using a variety of recruitment methods. Talent Acquisition Partners assist HRBPs and Hiring Managers in finding the best people for the positions they are hiring for and help improve the company's current hiring strategies.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will actively engage with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure the following:
All jobs are properly advertised after the understanding the requirements according to Job Description from respective Hiring Manager on each job.
Sourcing channels are actively utilized, engaging with recruitment agencies and usage of the referral programs.
Perform HR screening and provide brief outcome summary for next step and schedule all interviews appointment.
You will have
Aside from the experience mentioned above:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field with cumulative grade point average > 3.0.
Experience working in an MNC in a similar role.
