About the role

The incumbents’ responsibilities will be monitoring recruitment procedures from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, and identifying high-potential candidates. You will help the organization to grow teams with talented employees and achieving overall goals. The Talent Acquisition Manager is expected to be a highly knowledgeable and capable HR professional who is adept at working with all HR Business partners and Heads of different functions to understand the objectives and construct plans to design and implement recruiting strategies.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Build strong talent pipelines for current as well as future hiring needs.

  • Identifying an organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.

  • Managing a highly skilled team to assist with talent development and acquisition.

  • Lead, train, coach & develop the Talent Acquisition Team & monitor quarterly / annual performance reviews.

  • Developing and implementing employee retention programs or strategies.

 

You will have

  • Aside from the experience mentioned above:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field with cumulative grade point average > 3.0.

  • 10 years or more of working experience in MNCs, IT industries.
