About the role
Our client is expanding their business and they’re looking to manage mass hiring in the next 6-12 months. This role will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the recruitment process is managed smoothly and effectively.
Manage mass recruitment/high volume hiring effectively
Build strong talent pipelines for current as well as future hiring needs.
Identifying an organization’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
Ensure sourcing channels are actively utilized, engaging with recruitment agencies and usage of the referral programs.
You will have
Experience working in an agency managing mass hiring.
Additional in-house recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
Strong and proven sourcing skills using various sourcing channels.
