You will be supporting the Head of Talent and Culture in recruiting and attracting the right talent and who is looking for a new challenge and an exciting opportunity to advance their knowledge, skills and career in a great working environment.

Looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the ambitious HR team and drive top talent to the company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Ability to undertake a full-cycle recruiting including workforce planning, coordinating with hiring managers and onboarding.

  • Work with senior leadership to actively identify and quantify, through workforce planning and tracking, the hiring needs for their organization.

  • Catalyst for the Org’s hiring strategy and road map, and create success metrics for recruiting activities.

  • Ascertain hiring needs from the hiring manager and source candidates through various channels especially through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).

  • Keep the business up to date throughout the cycle to present that information in a way that is accurate and usable by your partners.

  • To stay up to date on the talent and competitor landscape such that our decisions and strategies around recruiting are informed by the best possible information.

  • Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

  • Ability to develop a ‘life’ database of potential candidates and to track available candidates for hire.

  • Coach or guide managers when it comes to hiring to have a well-rounded view and to take into account technical skills and behavioral aspects needed for the role.

  • Determine selection criteria and advertise accordingly in relevant social media and varying platforms.

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

  • To have sound knowledge in BEI or Behavioral based interviewing competencies.

  • To have sound knowledge and application of profiling tools utilized for this purpose such as in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Disc Assessment, PEAKS Leadership and Human Capital Analytics or other similar assessment tools.

  • Ability to design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

  • Lead employer branding initiatives including organizing and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

 

You will have

  • At least 6 years’ experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.

  • Experience working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment.

  • Experience in working in a fast pace environment with ability to close vacancies in a quick turnaround time.

  • Desire to build knowledge of the Org business and services.

  • Solid communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization.

  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
