About our client

Our client has been in the Manufacturing market for more than 100 years, and it is the largest company by revenue in its industry.


About the role

To provide support activities to the team and execute processes meeting operational needs in a timely and effective manner adhering to defined policies and procedures.


Your responsibilities

  • Provide Accounts Payable transaction processing support to the vendors in accordance with established processes and procedures.

  • Ensures compliance with ALBS policies, requirements and local company legal and statutory requirements. 

  • Ensure that timelines and quality meet the agreed SLA.

  • Process accounts payable workflow within the given time frame.

  • Attend to the assigned tickets and resolve it accordingly. 

  • Monitor and process urgent requests before the specified deadline. 

  • Resolve accounts payable and vendor issues Create ticket (Quick Close) for all service requests.

  • Process all the expense claims request received stakeholders as per agreed timeline.


You will have

  • At Least 2 years of PTP working experience, preferably in Shared Service background.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Business Management.

  • This incumbent will be supporting Taiwan market, must be able to read & write in Chinese.

  • Malaysian only.
