About the role

We are currently partnering with a finance shared services who have global presence across the country.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Gather information, get ready, and compute deals commission inside indicated cutoff times.

  • Approves information to guarantee productivity and precision of commission ascertaining parts.

  • Approve and register endorsed deals commission arrangements.

  • Assemble and appropriate tweaked individual representative month to month/every other month commission proclamation.

  • Plan deals commission gathering.

  • Keep up with deals commission compromise.

  • Plan commission payout reports.

  • Offer inside help in direct reaction to commission remuneration requests.

  • Keep up with and guarantee commission data set following consistently exceptional.

  • Get ready and keep up with deals commission process stream documentation, examination, and detailing.

  • Get ready week by week deals working report and measurements.

  • Answerable for commission undertakings to further develop process effectiveness and execution.

  • Performs different obligations as doled out.

 

You will have

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a college or university in a business related field (Finance or Accounting preferred) plus a minimum of 4-5 years related experience, Corporate FP&A, MNC preferred.

  • Sales commission experience is preferred, but not a required.

  • Commercial contract interpretation experience.

  • Financial modeling knowledge.

  • Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team.

  • Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Broad experience with other software and financial systems is preferred.

  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, strong work ethic and adaptable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal customers. 

  • Experience working in an MNC.
